I woke up on day and found myself on the management staff overseeing small groups and discipleship at one of the fastest growing churches in America. I didn't come with a Seminary degree or much experience just a calling from God. We've all heard the statement, "God doesn't call the equipped, He equips the called." That's my story. My primary ministry and my heart is in the life changing power of small groups and the lives that are being changed through them. My blog will be about the many mistakes I have made along the way as well as some great victories. This site is about the life of a non Seminary trained pastor who was given a small group ministry of five groups and told to run with it. Three and a half years later we have 177 small groups. It sure didn't come from years of experience, so it must be God. This site is about my journey.
